The Role of Transportation Coordinator

The Transportation Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. This role is responsible for managing daily transportation activities and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. The coordinator will oversee truck dispatching, route planning, and scheduling to meet client delivery timelines across various sectors and locations. The position requires continuous monitoring of fleet status, communication with drivers, terminals, and customers, and resolution of operational issues to maintain safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily transportation activities to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Coordinate truck dispatching, route planning, and scheduling to meet client delivery timelines.
Monitor fleet status and communicate with drivers, terminals, and customers.

Update transportation records and track shipments.
Support compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with operations, customs clearance, and terminal teams to optimize fleet and equipment utilization.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam, Eastern Region. The Transportation Coordinator will work within a dynamic logistics environment, collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
