We are looking for a dedicated and professional Senior Accountant to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in financial analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and providing valuable insights to our CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end accounting activities including reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
• Manage prepayments, accruals, and salary postings.
• Coordinate tasks with the finance and operations teams to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate accounting systems and recommend improvements to the IT team.
• Generate financial reports for CFO review including profit & loss and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and provide effective resolutions.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Support external auditors by providing necessary documentation.

Education and Qualifications:
We require applicants to hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Professional certification such as CA, CPA (Qualified or Part-Qualified), or ACCA is preferred. Ideal candidates will have 34 years of experience at a top-tier audit firm, along with an additional 34 years in a relevant industry role.

Job Title: Accountant – VAT/Taxation Specialist (Saudi Arabia)
Experience: 3 to 4 years in VAT/Taxation (KSA experience mandatory)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 4000 SAR + HRA + TRA

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong understanding of VAT and taxation regulations within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local laws, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Support tax filings and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Assist in financial reporting and data analysis for business decisions.
• Handle payroll and liaise with tax authorities and auditors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi VAT and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
