Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant!
Asmacs Contracting Est. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations and participate in joint venture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations and accounting activities for the joint venture, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with joint venture partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with financial goals.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze joint venture financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and joint venture agreements.
• Create and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Coordinate and manage audits, both internal and external.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the joint venture management team, including financial modeling and analysis for decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions for the joint venture.
• Collaborate with other departments within the parent company to ensure alignment of financial objectives and reporting.
• Oversee financial aspects of any new projects or initiatives for the joint venture.

Candidate Profile:

• CA/CMA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.

Job Title: Accountant – VAT/Taxation Specialist (Saudi Arabia)
Experience: 3 to 4 years in VAT/Taxation (KSA experience mandatory)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 4000 SAR + HRA + TRA
Notice Period: Within 30 days

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local laws, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Support tax filings and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Assist in financial reporting and data analysis for business decisions.
• Handle payroll and liaise with tax authorities and auditors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi VAT and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
