We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Dammam region. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and sales expertise to enhance our company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Acheive growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Good command of the English language (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and achieve desired goals.

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Manager in Dammam!

This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of our sales strategies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify and penetrate new markets to generate business leads.
  • Prepare and review sales proposals (quotations), technical submittals, and samples.
  • Negotiate pricing and discuss proposal details with customers.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Department regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and customer service.
  • Deliver presentations and provide technical support to clients and distributors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing and resolving complaints and queries promptly.
  • Submit quotations, follow up on receivables, and maintain project tracking.
  • Visit project sites, clients, and consultants to ensure products are specified and approved.

Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical knowledge with the capability to provide technical support.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
