Join Tilal Real Estate as a Telesales Specialist! We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to become a valuable member of our team. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for generating sales by effectively communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone, while promoting our products and services.

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using provided scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Handle customer grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (*, CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree will be a plus.
