Account Management Team Lead

About the Role

DNA Studio is seeking an Account Management Team Lead to supervise a team of Account Managers while directly managing a portfolio of key client accounts. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the Head of Account Management. The role involves close collaboration with creative and production teams to ensure project delivery meets standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Account Managers daily, including task assignment, project progress tracking, and problem-solving support.
• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts directly.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure project execution.
• Prepare and review financial proposals in collaboration with the Head of Account Management.
• Ensure projects remain within agreed scope and identify potential overruns affecting budget or timeline.
• Follow up on invoices and receivables with the finance team.
• Train new Account Managers, develop team performance, and participate in performance evaluations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project and account status for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of account management experience within a creative, production, or advertising agency.
• Demonstrated understanding of the visual production and content process.
• Experience working with government, semi-government, and private sector clients in the Saudi market.
• Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic agency environment, requiring daily interaction with creative and production teams to deliver client projects. The position is full-time, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
