The Advertising Data & Insights Manager Role

Webook is seeking an Advertising Data & Insights Manager to lead data-driven decision-making within its Advertising & Brand Partnerships function. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role focuses on transforming advertising performance data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and comprehensive reporting to support internal strategy and advertiser confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ad servers, app and web analytics, and campaign performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Fulfill advertiser and partner data requests accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, including viewability, completion rates, and revenue by format, market, and partner.
• Generate insights to support campaign optimization, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, business-focused insights for various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, digital advertising analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (*, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Prior experience working with advertising data, including GAM, programmatic, or similar platforms.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
