Role Overview

The Analyst I Infrastructure Services provides technical support, responds to infrastructure-related issues, and assists in various tasks under supervision. This role involves contributing to infrastructure projects, participating in system monitoring, and supporting the development of critical documentation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within the team to address challenges and meet departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services, addressing issues and assisting with assigned tasks.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in the monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve infrastructure-related challenges and fulfill departmental requirements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
• Continuously develop and enhance technical skills relevant to infrastructure services.
• Apply problem-solving abilities to effectively address infrastructure issues.
• Adhere to established best practices and standards in the delivery of infrastructure services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
