About Restart

Restart is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the supervision, design, and management of architectural finishing works for various projects.

The Role: Architectural Engineer

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior and exterior finishing projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. This position involves direct client communication, project management, and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of interior and exterior architectural finishing works, including gypsum works, painting, flooring, and ceiling installations.
Prepare and develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed shop drawings for interior and exterior finishing works.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
Manage projects from inception to completion, including project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and execution monitoring.
Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the required standards, specifications, and approved drawings.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure the proper execution of works in compliance with project plans and specifications.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on project progress and present them to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Architectural Engineering, with a specific focus on finishing works.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement in project sites and coordination with various teams and external parties.
