Mathnasium KSA is seeking an experienced Assistant Center Director to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the daily operations of the learning center.

Role Overview

The Assistant Center Director will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the learning center. This involves assisting the Center Director in managing staff, upholding educational excellence, delivering customer service, and contributing to student enrollment and retention efforts. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining Mathnasium's standards and mission by fostering a supportive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in managing the daily operations of the learning center.
• Supervise instructors and ensure adherence to the Mathnasium Method.
• Contribute to delivering an educational experience for every student.
• Conduct and coordinate student assessments and monitor academic progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, attendance, and learning plans.
• Coach and mentor instructors to maintain high teaching standards.
• Assist with student enrollment, consultations, and retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective families.
• Support sales activities and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation.
• Ensure the center is clean, organized, and provides a welcoming environment.
• Assist in planning local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
• Support social media activities when required.
• Help achieve monthly operational and enrollment targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, education, or operations.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proven capacity to manage pressure effectively in a fast-paced environment.
