The Assistant Store Manager Role at lululemon

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for lululemon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in overseeing all daily store operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets, managing and developing the store team, and maximizing profitability. The Assistant Store Manager ensures the maintenance of brand and company image, operational compliance, and the delivery of an excellent customer experience. In the Store Manager's absence, this role acts as Deputy, managing store operations and workforce in line with business objectives at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team in upholding high customer service standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences, based on company/brand CX standards, individual customer needs, and awareness of market trends and competitors.
  • Drive the store team to consistently provide the highest levels of customer service.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, including Marketing, Buying, and Planning, providing regular and relevant feedback.
  • Drive sales and proactively identify initiatives to increase sales and improve business performance, with a keen awareness of set KPI targets.
  • Manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring clear communication to relevant support teams to maximize sales.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through consistent communication with the Buying and Planning departments.
  • Ensure smooth store operations during the Store Manager's absence, addressing any potential business disruptions promptly.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain compliance with Company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or High school certificate.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated management skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the dynamic retail environment of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.
