The Role of Asst. Repair Supervisor

Lenovo is seeking an Asst. Repair Supervisor to join its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and enhancing the repair processes within the production environment. The supervisor will play a key role in optimizing repair efficiency, developing team capabilities, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the existing repair processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Implement initiatives to continuously improve the repair skills and technical proficiency of the repair labor team.
• Manage the repair team to ensure strict adherence to established repair procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate and assign tasks within various production repair areas to ensure all repair jobs are completed within designated timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Asst. Repair Supervisor position are required to have 5 to 10 years of experience in repair operations, technical service management, or a similar supervisory capacity. Demonstrated experience in process optimization and team leadership within a relevant industry is essential for this role.
