About Gold Apple and the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent service to our customers. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea, ensuring professional and timely delivery.
Maintain beverage quality and consistency by strictly adhering to established recipes and company standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service, which includes accurately taking orders, addressing inquiries, and offering informed recommendations.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the entire work area, specifically the coffee preparation and serving stations.
Contribute to a welcoming customer atmosphere through positive engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
Manage inventory and place orders for necessary beverage ingredients and supplies.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines pertinent to food and beverage handling.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista or in a comparable role, demonstrating a strong passion for coffee and a solid understanding of various coffee types and brewing techniques. A commitment to delivering high-quality service is essential.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, such as coffee bags and equipment, when necessary.
