About the Role at Asteri Beauty

Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The Beauty Advisor is instrumental in creating an inviting and educational shopping experience for customers, fostering a collaborative environment on the shop floor.

Customer Engagement and Service

The core responsibility of the Beauty Advisor is to deliver comprehensive customer service and product knowledge. This involves offering a full-service experience or simpler assistance, tailored to meet diverse customer needs. The role also requires demonstrating artistry skills to clients upon request, ensuring a high standard of personalized service.

Performance and Team Contribution

Beauty Advisors are expected to meet or exceed personal performance goals, thereby contributing positively to the overall team and store objectives. This position requires active participation in maintaining a collaborative work environment and consistently providing excellent service to support the achievement of store financial goals.

Professional Conduct and Development

Represent the Asteri Beauty brand professionally at all times.
Act with professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, management, and business associates.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any variances immediately to a Manager.
Attend all required training and complete assigned education and developmental tools.
Arrive to work on time and consistently follow Asteri Beauty's personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.

Operational Support

Assist in the execution of visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards, ensuring consistent store replenishment.
Accurately process transactions and utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system correctly.
Assist in the preparation and completion of stock takes as assigned.
Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.
