About the Role

Madi International is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals who are passionate about beauty and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The role involves assisting customers with product selections and achieving sales targets.

Role Overview

The Beauty Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding customers through product selections, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position focuses on achieving sales objectives while maintaining high standards of product presentation and customer engagement within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products that align with their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized product display area.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Support in-store promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• 0-1 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a preference for experience in beauty or personal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, confident, and professional appearance.
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires flexible availability, including working on weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs and support store operations.
