BL Project Manager

About the Role

Tarshid - National Energy Services Company is seeking a BL Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the Projects Program Manager in the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring all activities align with planned timelines and objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the contract in completing all planned project activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are completed within the required timeline.
• Ensure the Contractor obtains all necessary approvals for project documentation.
• Manage all internal and external project interfaces.
• Update and review project progress on a weekly basis, highlighting areas of concern that require intervention.
• Prepare and issue weekly progress reports for projects.
• Prepare periodic slides for executive management presentations.

Project Management Support

• Assist the Project Manager in project execution, including field visits and technical project reviews.
• Compile inputs required for the preparation of project planning reports.

Retrofit Implementation Support

• Support in supervising ESCOs responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing relationships with government entities.

Post-Retrofit Support

• Support the supervision of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services provided.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring that performance guarantees are satisfied.
• Liaise with Finance and Legal departments to resolve any issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 4 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
