About the Role

Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Building and Infrastructure Sales Head to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the building, construction, and infrastructure sectors. The role integrates strategic business development with direct account management, requiring deep industry knowledge and proven sales expertise. All activities will align with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and BV Group policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building and infrastructure markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve defined revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals within established parameters.
• Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Market and Industry Insight

• Stay current with Saudi building codes, infrastructure standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to inform strategy.
• Identify emerging opportunities across services such as project management, project supervision, design review, technical assurance, QA/QC framework, HSE supervision, environmental services and consultancy, asset conditions assessment, and testing and commissioning.
• Provide market insights to contribute to the company's strategic planning.

Team Collaboration and Development

• Coordinate effectively with technical teams, including engineers, inspectors, and certifiers, to ensure solution delivery.
• Support proposal development by providing accurate technical and commercial information.
• Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall team development.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance market presence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years of sales experience in building, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical or professional services.
• Success in managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, buildings, or utilities.
• Background in major Project Management Plans (PMPs).
• Prior project management experience.
• Industry certifications or a technical background in engineering or construction management.
• Multilingual capabilities.
