Ghaim is an Advanced AWS Partner and an AWS Saudi Arabia Region Launch Partner. The company holds three AWS Competencies in DevOps, Resilience, and Cloud Operations. Ghaim is seeking a Saudi National to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support growth across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

This is a full-time Business Development Executive role focused on AWS services. The position involves hands-on business development, including pipeline generation, opportunity creation, developing relationships with AWS, and closing cloud services business. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new qualified sales pipeline across Saudi Arabia.
• Prospect into target accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
• Build relationships with AWS Account Managers to generate AWS-sourced and co-sell opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new cloud migration, professional services, and managed services opportunities.
• Drive opportunities from initial engagement through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Acquire new customers for AWS reseller/billing services and grow AWS consumption.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring accurate opportunities, next steps, forecasting, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects and the delivery team throughout the sales cycle.
• Represent Ghaim at AWS and technology events across Saudi Arabia.

Performance Metrics

This role will have defined quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that cover new qualified pipeline, qualified opportunities, AWS-sourced/co-sell opportunities, new AWS reseller consumption, and CRM discipline.
