About CREALOGIX and the Role

CREALOGIX is a global FinTech software solutions provider, serving innovative financial brands worldwide. We are seeking a Business Expert in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to act as a crucial link between client needs, market insights, and internal solution design. This full-time role focuses on ensuring solutions align with market demands and client expectations, contributing to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business and client needs into viable solutions.
• Analyze the Middle East market to develop a deep understanding of industry trends within the target region.
• Understand client challenges within the banking and fintech sectors and provide insights to position CREALOGIX solutions competitively.
• Ensure alignment across different teams and stakeholders, supporting effective collaboration and consistency in solution delivery.
• Model solutions and define user flows and processes.
• Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, workshops, stakeholders), translating them into clear, functional solutions aligned with business needs.
• Maintain quality and consistency in documentation and processes.
• Support RFPs, bids, and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
• Help build and maintain strong client relationships, participating in client meetings, presentations, and discussions when required.
• Work effectively in Agile environments when required.
• Apply AI in a strategic and responsible way, ensuring data accuracy, ethical use, and alignment with company and client standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and solutions through AI while staying updated with relevant advancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role, demonstrating the following:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a similar role.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, including through BRDs and workshops.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with international stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Product, Technology, and Business teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools in a professional setting to enhance analysis, decision-making, or efficiency, coupled with a strong understanding of their strategic, ethical, and responsible use, including data, governance, and risk considerations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

The following qualifications are considered advantageous for this role:

• Experience within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Exposure to Middle East and Saudi Arabian markets.
• Experience in bids, presales, or RFP processes.
• Familiarity with UML or functional modeling.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
