The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products to contribute to the company’s profit objectives.
Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume and margin.
Direct and control van sales operations effectively within the assigned territory.
Continuously review team performance and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales operations and achieve targets.
Experience in the poultry product sector is essential.
