CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR

About the Role

BD Holding is expanding its production team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is seeking an experienced Carpentry Supervisor. This full-time role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to premium-quality furniture manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and production workers.
• Plan and coordinate daily carpentry activities.
• Assign tasks based on workers’ skills and qualifications.
• Monitor production schedules, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect completed work and resolve production issues.
• Calculate material requirements and monitor inventory usage.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Enforce health and safety procedures.
• Prepare daily production progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in carpentry or furniture production.
• Previous experience supervising carpenters and production teams.
• Must currently reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Previous carpentry or furniture-production experience in Riyadh is required.
• A technical qualification is an advantage.
