About The Place BC and the Role

The Place BC is seeking a highly capable and experienced Center Manager to oversee its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing all branch operations, staff, and strategic growth, functioning as a standalone business unit.

Role Purpose

The Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of the branch. This involves driving operational excellence, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and established brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and budget management to ensure smooth functioning and profitability.
Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and developing strategies for revenue growth.
Coordinate with external partners such as contractors, suppliers, and fit-out companies for renovations, space planning, and adherence to brand standards.
Develop and execute sales strategies, community engagement initiatives, and monitor key performance metrics.
Prepare comprehensive reports for regional management, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws, health and safety regulations, and cultural norms across all operations.
Cultivate a positive and productive work environment through effective staff training, performance evaluations, and support for Saudization initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, and a Master’s degree is highly favored.
5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management within Saudi Arabia.
A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as an Operations Manager in a business center, OR 5 years as an Operations Director in hospitality or property management.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills are essential.
