About the Opportunity

Restart is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves applying civil engineering principles to a range of infrastructure and real estate development projects, contributing to their planning, coordination, and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering design principles to complex infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Manage project planning and coordination activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure project activities align with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee site activities independently and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, or real estate development projects.
• Demonstrated foundation in civil engineering design.
• Proven experience in project planning and coordination.
• Good knowledge of stormwater management and drainage systems, including design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quality standards, and project documentation.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and consultants.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, or equivalent applications.
• Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within project teams.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia’s construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector.
• Familiarity with applicable local codes, regulations, and engineering standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional engineering certification or registration.
