About the Role

Role Overview

The Cluster Reservation Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the reservation processes for multiple hotel properties within the Marriott International portfolio. This position ensures efficient handling of bookings, maximizes occupancy, and contributes to revenue generation through effective reservation strategies and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation operations for a cluster of properties.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations.
• Implement strategies to optimize room occupancy and average daily rate.
• Oversee reservation systems and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue management teams to align on pricing and availability.
• Provide training and support to reservation staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi Nationals Only.
• Demonstrated experience in reservation management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties effectively.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position located at Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Olaya in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work within a professional hotel environment, contributing to the operational success of multiple properties. The compensation for this role is 6500 SAR per month.
