About the Compliance Manager Role

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for enhancing our internal control environment and ensuring robust compliance across the organization.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to address the increasing scope of internal audit, SOX compliance, and internal control requirements. Currently, these responsibilities are fragmented, leading to inefficiencies and potential control gaps. The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in centralizing oversight and strengthening our internal controls over financial reporting, thereby enhancing overall audit readiness and reducing compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Centralize oversight of SOX activities, control monitoring, and audit coordination efforts.
• Ensure the timely remediation of all identified audit findings.
• Strengthen internal controls specifically over financial reporting processes.
• Enhance the organization's audit readiness and actively work to reduce compliance risks.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of a robust and consistent compliance framework, aligned with internal expectations.

Organizational Structure

This position operates within the Shared Services division. The costs associated with this role will be allocated across four operating companies (OPCOs), reflecting its broad impact and centralized function within the organization.
