Land Sterling KSA is seeking a Consultant, Strategic Consultancy to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in strategic real estate advisory. The role involves contributing to and leading key assignments that provide critical insights and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead strategic real estate advisory assignments, including market research, feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and portfolio optimization projects.
• Gather and analyze relevant data to inform strategic recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial and valuation models.
• Develop clear, client-focused reports and presentations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
• Participate actively in client meetings.
• Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives.
• Stay informed about local and regional real estate trends, regulations, and industry standards to ensure well-grounded advisory recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in strategic real estate consultancy or a related advisory field.
