About the Role

As a Consultant, you will apply your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, and leadership skills to drive change. The position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to address critical business issues and implement strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research client organizations and industries to gather relevant information.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and facilitate workshops with client employees, management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify core issues, formulate hypotheses, and execute comprehensive analyses.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers.
• Develop implementation plans for strategic recommendations and manage their execution to ensure client action.
• Mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.

Qualifications

• An MBA from a top business school is typically required.
• MDs, JDs, PhDs, and experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in consulting, a start-up, or another business environment is beneficial, though not strictly required.
