About the Role

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Contractor Onboarding & Access Management Coordinator for a contract position in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for contractors, consultants, and temporary resources. The Coordinator ensures all necessary documentation, approvals, access requests, system provisioning, and induction activities are completed, enabling every contractor to be fully operational from their first working day.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete onboarding process for contractors, ensuring all activities are finalized before their joining date.
• Verify contractor documentation, maintain accurate onboarding records, and schedule induction and orientation sessions.
• Raise and coordinate system and application access requests based on approved requirements, tracking workflows and ensuring timely approvals.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Information Security, IAM, IT Service Desk, and application owners to provision required access.
• Coordinate the issuance of employee IDs, contractor IDs, badges, and physical access, liaising with security and facilities teams.
• Act as the central coordination point for various stakeholders, including hiring managers, project managers, HR, IT, and vendors.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and proactively escalate any blockers or delays.

Access Management and Compliance

The Coordinator ensures that all access provisioning adheres to bank security policies and least-privilege principles. This includes supporting access changes, additions, and removals throughout the contractor lifecycle, and ensuring access is appropriately modified or revoked when roles change or contractors leave the organization. The role also involves maintaining documentation for internal and external audits and verifying that required approvals are obtained before granting access.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or onboarding specialist role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience coordinating contractor onboarding, access requests, system provisioning, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable working in a banking or highly regulated enterprise environment.
• Understanding of bank policies, security requirements, and access management controls.
• Exposure to IAM, ITSM, Information Security, and access governance processes is considered an advantage.

Performance and Tracking

Key performance indicators for this role include the percentage of contractors fully onboarded before their joining date, day-1 readiness, and adherence to onboarding SLAs. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining centralized onboarding trackers covering contractor status, documentation, approvals, and access requests. This also involves monitoring for potential delays, preparing daily/weekly status reports for stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of outstanding actions.

Work Environment

This position operates within a dynamic and highly regulated environment, requiring proactive identification and resolution of onboarding delays. The role demands continuous coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure all processes comply with established bank policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
