Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Executive – B2B will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and managing long-term business relationships. The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s car rental and transportation solutions through effective prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target industries and corporate accounts.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, corporate partnerships, and agencies.
• Present suitable car rental and transportation solutions based on each client’s operational needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved commercial guidelines.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to contract closure and account handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, support contract renewals, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Achieve assigned revenue, client-acquisition, and business-development targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably within the car rental, transportation, or a related service-oriented industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B client relationships is essential.
