Role Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager - Saudi National to join its Infrastructure team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working on various projects, supporting both pre-contract estimating stages and post-contract on-site activities. The position offers an opportunity to develop a career within a professional and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Cost Management team and take responsibility for allocated tasks.
Contribute to delivering service to clients, building trust, and enhancing the company's reputation.
Assist in ensuring client objectives are met through effective cost management services from pre-contract to construction completion.

Required Experience and Skills

5-10 years of experience in cost management.
Proficiency in the measurement of building works, including Civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
Ability to take personal responsibility for work produced.
Capability to assist the team in ensuring accurate and timely production of information and reports.
Professional interaction with team members.
A desire for career progression.
