About the Role

SACO, a Saudi Company for Hardware, is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is the initial point of contact for customers entering SACO stores, focusing on ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience from arrival to handover to a Sales Associate.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate department. This position plays a crucial part in facilitating customer flow and ensuring they are introduced to the correct Sales Associate for further assistance, thereby enhancing the overall customer journey within the store.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome all customers upon their entry into the store.
Identify and understand customer needs and inquiries.
Escort customers to the relevant department within the store.
Introduce customers to the designated Sales Associate for specialized assistance.
Ensure a proper handover of customers to sales staff.
Provide support to elderly customers and customers with disabilities.
Coordinate effectively with sales staff and supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor at the store entrance.
Answer customer questions regarding store departments and available services.
Perform additional customer service duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of a High School diploma.
1-3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service-oriented role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence within SACO stores to directly interact with customers and support store operations.
