About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Welcome Ambassador for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating a positive and memorable first and last impression for guests, guiding them through their arrival and departure experiences. The Welcome Ambassador acts as a primary point of contact, ensuring guest needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to facilitate smooth guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Welcome Ambassadors must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience is required.
• License/Certification: None required.
