About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Welcome Ambassador for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is crucial for creating a positive and memorable first and last impression for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The Welcome Ambassador acts as a primary point of contact, guiding guests through their stay with professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to facilitate guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Welcome Ambassador will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver guest services.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional conduct.
