About the Welcome Ambassador Role

W Hotels is seeking a Welcome Ambassador for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to creating a positive and memorable experience for guests from their arrival through departure. The Welcome Ambassador acts as a primary point of contact, guiding guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a range of services to facilitate guest arrival and departure experiences.
Address guest requests and resolve operational needs efficiently.
Complete necessary reports and documentation accurately.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
Ensure all interactions contribute to a positive guest experience.

Candidates must be able to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold confidentiality. Professionalism in appearance, communication, and uniform is expected. The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and over 75 pounds with assistance.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience.
