About the Role: Customer Service & Logistics Support

Fluke is establishing a new service and calibration laboratory in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Support professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers a direct opportunity to contribute to the setup and growth of a brand-new operation focused on speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Role Context and Contribution

This role is central to daily operations, providing essential support for both customer service and logistics functions. As part of a small, agile team, the successful candidate will help shape the lab's operational processes from its foundation. The position offers broad exposure and growth, allowing for experience across customer service, logistics, and customs coordination, directly contributing to a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service & Logistics Support professional will manage the full shipment flow and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely, clear, and professional communication with customers, focusing on satisfaction.
  • Supporting issue resolution and ensuring customer needs are addressed effectively.
  • Acting as a primary contact for customers regarding shipment status, service progress, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinating closely with technicians and operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting, and accurately registering equipment.
  • Verifying documentation and reporting discrepancies or damages.
  • Preparing, packing, and labeling outbound shipments in line with company standards.
  • Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and courier services.
  • Preparing and reviewing import/export documentation, such as commercial invoices and packing lists.
  • Working with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Monitoring shipments and proactively following up on delays or issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with basic Saudi customs (ZATCA) requirements.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of logistics and customs processes.

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities, combining customer interaction, administrative coordination, and physical handling of equipment.
