The Role of Customer Success Consultant

The Customer Success Consultant is an on-site, contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to ensuring that customers effectively achieve their learning objectives through Berlitz Saudi Arabia's training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers and understanding their specific training needs.
• Aligning Berlitz solutions with customer goals and objectives.
• Monitoring program performance, analyzing participation, and evaluating outcomes.
• Proactively addressing any issues that may impact customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Managing ongoing communication with key stakeholders and providing regular progress updates.
• Recommending adjustments to maximize the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Required Experience
