The Role of Customer Success & Sales Associate

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Customer Success & Sales Associate for Revie's Interior Design team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on supporting the sales process by building customer relationships, managing follow-ups, and identifying opportunities for increased conversion and upselling. The associate will collaborate with design, customer experience (CX), and marketing teams to ensure a consistent customer experience from initial contact to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer follow-ups post-proposal and negotiation phases.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales journey.
• Address customer concerns, answer questions, and handle objections effectively.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize project value.
• Participate in meetings with Interior Designers and lead customer meetings as required.
• Qualify new inbound leads when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Design, CX, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and transitions.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales and conversion targets while providing a high level of customer experience.

Candidate Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Confidence in communicating with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
• A strong sales orientation with demonstrated experience in objection handling, negotiation, and upselling.
• Ability to build trust and foster long-term customer relationships.
• A collaborative team player who communicates proactively and works effectively across functions.
• A quick learner capable of independently adopting new tools and processes.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Experience in high-value or consultative sales, or in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture, Real Estate, or Home Improvement is a plus.

Indicators of Success

Within the initial months, a successful candidate will establish strong relationships with both customers and designers, consistently execute professional follow-ups, and improve proposal-to-sign conversion rates. They will also identify and close upsell opportunities, demonstrate independent work with minimal supervision, and contribute positively to company culture through effective cross-team communication.
