About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Cyber Integration Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to experienced Saudi National professionals who will be instrumental in integrating robust cybersecurity measures across the organization.

Role Overview

The Cyber Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of security controls and technologies within BAE Systems KSA. This role ensures that all cybersecurity solutions adhere to Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability principles, align with BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards, and integrate seamlessly with broader project management and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate engagement with the Project Management function, conduct project operations readiness reviews, and facilitate the handover of necessary documents, tasks, and processes to Cyber Operations or Engineering.
• Design and oversee the implementation of security controls across BAE Systems KSA, ensuring adherence to Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) principles and alignment with BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards.
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, deployment, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and platforms, including firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection, while driving continuous improvement and scalability of existing security technologies.
• Ensure engineering designs align with BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards and audit expectations, provide evidence of control effectiveness, and participate in internal and external audits within BAE KSA Networks.
• Lead and manage security projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, DevOps, Network, and various business units.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and threat landscapes, aligning with BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards, and contribute to defining the long-term cybersecurity engineering roadmap in coordination with Security Product, IM&T KSA, and Group IM&T.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Cyber Security field, with 3 years in a people management role.
• Good command of written and spoken English language.

Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated competencies in one or more of the following areas: IT Security, IT Operating Model, or Cyber Security Operation.
• Practical knowledge in related methodologies, including Agile and Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively in a deadline-oriented environment, with flexibility for work hours.
