About Cipher and the Role

Cipher is seeking a Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to join our cybersecurity team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing identity and access controls within enterprise environments. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining secure access and ensuring compliance with established cybersecurity and regulatory standards.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist is responsible for the administration of identity and access management (IAM) solutions and privileged access management (PAM) systems. This role involves ensuring that all access to enterprise systems is secure and compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Key activities include managing user access lifecycles and supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provision, modify, and revoke user access based on approved access control policies.
• Implement, maintain, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Monitor privileged accounts and ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.
• Support internal and external audits by providing access control evidence and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements, including SAMA CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to implement secure access controls and improve identity governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant cybersecurity or IT role.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer
• One Identity Certified Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
