About the Role

Think is seeking a Datacentre Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and first-line response for nodes deployed in both customer facilities and company-owned sites. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Rack, cable, power, and commission nodes at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, including coolant service, filter changes, and inspections.
• Respond to incidents by diagnosing issues, replacing components, escalating problems as needed, and accurately recording all actions taken.
• Maintain accurate records for assets, firmware, and services.
• Represent the company professionally in customer facilities, demonstrating both competence and appropriate conduct.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in managing technical records and documentation.
