About Adree and the Delivery Manager Role

Adree is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution and successful rollout of complex digital products and IT projects. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves ultimate accountability for project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and budget constraints. The Delivery Manager will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, orchestrating cross-functional teams and streamlining delivery processes to ensure high-impact solution delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the full delivery lifecycle of multiple software development and digital transformation initiatives from inception to post-launch support.
• Enforce Agile/Scrum best practices, monitoring sprint velocity, backlog health, and key delivery metrics (KPIs/SLAs) across squads.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project delivery, maintaining transparent communication with clients, Program Managers, and executive leadership regarding progress, risks, and milestones.
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical, operational, and resource risks early, unblocking engineering and functional teams to maintain delivery momentum.
• Partner with Resource Managers and Tech Leads to ensure optimal team composition, workload balance, budget tracking, and billability targets.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and third-party implementation partners to align deliverables with project timelines.
• Ensure that software releases meet rigorous Quality Assurance, security, and architectural standards prior to client handover.
• Conduct sprint retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to continuously optimize delivery frameworks, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or software engineering management.
• At least 3+ years of experience specifically in a Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale enterprise web, mobile, or digital product applications in client-facing environments.

Desired Experience and Background

• Prior background as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead within software consultancies.
• Experience managing client-site or regional delivery operations across the GCC region.

Professional Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP is highly preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist is considered an advantage.
