About the Role

Master-Works, through its subsidiary Jadaya, is seeking a Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture, Pre-Sales Consultant to join its team. This full-time position involves a strategic focus on pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, and solution sizing. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with technology solutions to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Strategic Focus and Collaboration

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to understand customer requirements and design innovative solutions. Key activities include preparing winning proposals, estimating project effort and cost, and presenting consulting offerings to executive stakeholders. This position is central to aligning business needs with effective technological strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, solution consulting, and business development efforts.
• Conduct customer workshops and deliver executive presentations.
• Develop comprehensive proposals, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Perform solution sizing, effort estimation, resource planning, and project planning.
• Manage pricing strategies for proposed solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on bridging business objectives with technology solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, or Management Consulting.
• Experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA, is highly preferred.

Key Skills and Domain Knowledge

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Business Analysis, Governance, and Compliance.
• Proficiency in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Target Operating Models (TOM), Data Governance, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Enterprise Architecture principles, and Digital Government initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, or PDPL/Data Privacy certifications are considered a plus.
