About the Role: Director Financial Accounting Operations

Humain is seeking a Director Financial Accounting Operations to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the group’s daily accounting operations across Humain and its various entities. The primary objective is to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled financial records, alongside an efficient month-end close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate trial balances and reconciliations.
• Oversee the general ledger, journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations for all entities.
• Manage the complete procure-to-pay (AP) and order-to-cash (AR) cycles, including vendor payments, billing, and revenue operations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tagging.
• Design and implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and audit teams, serving as the primary contact for operational audit inquiries.
• Build, lead, and develop the accounting operations team, establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each function.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting operations.
