Role Overview: Engineering Supervisor

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and maintaining the hotel's facilities. The supervisor will support the engineering team in delivering efficient maintenance operations and ensuring all facilities remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising daily engineering activities and assigning tasks to the maintenance team.
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and responding promptly to maintenance requests.
• Monitoring inventory of engineering supplies and helping minimise waste while supporting sustainability initiatives.
• Supporting the Chief Engineer in maintaining hotel facilities and engineering operations.
• Building strong relationships with guests, contractors, and regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Engineering Supervisor position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant engineering or maintenance role. The role requires demonstrated technical expertise and leadership skills to effectively oversee maintenance operations and ensure high standards of facility upkeep.
