About the Role

Creatio is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time position focuses on expanding the adoption of the Creatio platform among enterprise clients within the assigned territory. The role requires a field sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in building and developing high-performing territories within the SaaS technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets and key performance metrics.
  • Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Manage sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting activities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end enterprise sales process, including resource allocation for solution sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with VP/C-level buyers across business and IT functions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Focus on new logo acquisition and manage existing accounts to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various customer functions, including executive leadership, stakeholders, architecture, operations, design, vendor management, innovation, sourcing, and procurement.

Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience as a field sales professional.
  • Proven track record in building and developing a territory to high performance within an innovative SaaS technology provider.
  • Ability to build a portfolio of business within top target enterprises.
  • Capacity to drive individual activity and build a sales funnel, supported by Creatio's diverse teams.
  • Engaging, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to enterprise sales.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, KSA, and reports to the Regional Sales Director MEA. Creatio operates with a remote-first hybrid model, encouraging regular meetings in one of its global hubs.
