Purpose of the Enterprise Project Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of various Bank projects. The Enterprise Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing project lifecycles, from initiation through to completion, ensuring all activities align with established organizational processes and standards. This involves a comprehensive approach to project governance and delivery.
