About the Role of Event Manager

Rafad is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of events, from initial planning and preparation through to execution and post-event evaluation. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in event management and operations, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage events from initial preparation through execution and evaluation.
Supervise event teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Develop operational plans and event timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure cost efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Oversee all operational and logistical aspects of events.
Identify operational risks and challenges and implement effective solutions.
Ensure high-quality event execution, achievement of objectives, and client satisfaction.
Prepare post-event performance and evaluation reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in event management and operations.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
