Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests during events and banquets.

Role Summary

The F&B Service Expert plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of various events. This position requires individuals who are skilled in a wide range of event functions, contributing to a unique and well-managed guest experience from preparation to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and break down event materials and equipment efficiently.
Transport necessary supplies to and from event locations.
Accurately take guest orders and ensure timely delivery.
Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Process transactions smoothly, integrating them into the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
Ability to uphold company quality standards consistently.
Commitment to following all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrated professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role operates in a dynamic event environment, requiring a hands-on approach. F&B Service Experts must be capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position involves physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Maintaining a safe workplace is a critical aspect of this role.
