The Role of Fabrication Supervisor

The Fabrication Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily fabrication operations, whether in the workshop or on a project site. The supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks to fabrication teams, and monitors workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations in the workshop or on project sites.
• Coordinate production schedules and assign tasks to fabrication teams.
• Monitor workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with specifications.
• Enforce quality and safety standards.
• Inspect welding and fabrication work to ensure compliance with relevant codes and procedures.
• Guide and support technicians, including organizing training on fabrication methods and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation related to production, quality control, and resource utilization for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in fabrication supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate fabrication teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in fabrication.
• Proficiency in inspecting welding and fabrication work.
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes and procedures.
