This full-time position is crucial for ensuring safety standards within the company's extensive operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose and Context

The Fire and Safety Officer will be directly responsible for the safety and well-being of all divisional personnel, contractors, and visitors across Almarai's Hail site locations and accommodations. This role involves proactive identification and reporting of any unsafe or defective equipment, practices, acts, or omissions to functional management. A primary objective is to ensure immediate corrective actions are implemented to eliminate or minimize potential risks and losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage fire detection and suppression equipment across all Hail sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
• Identify and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to relevant management.
• Ensure the immediate implementation of corrective actions to address identified safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate safety records and comprehensive documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with management on safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Promote and foster a strong culture of safety awareness among all employees and contractors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fire safety and general safety management.
• Demonstrated experience in fire detection systems and suppression equipment.
• Proven ability to manage safety protocols effectively within a multicultural workplace environment.
• A background as a trained firefighter, either with a civil brigade or a multinational company, is highly valued.

Compensation and Employment Details

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 6,000 to SAR 10,000. The role is based within Almarai's operational facilities in Hail, Saudi Arabia, and is a key part of the company's commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
